This was overheard from a group of REALTORS.
Kellogg Terrace in Yorba Linda, CA is built on a landfill.
I haven’t found any proof of this but a large number of these REALTORS were aware of it.
Is it a big deal?
Probably Not.

Does Your Neighbor Suck? - Tell Rotten Neighbor

As many of you should know and if you didn’t know, Anaheim Hills is across the 91 Freeway form us. On September 30th 2007 a woman shot her neighbor for disturbing her bushes.
ANAHEIM – A 65-year-old Anaheim Hills woman shot her neighbor in the shoulder Sunday afternoon before barricading herself in her home – and later turned herself in to authorities, police said.
Gary Hall, the neighbor, was in stable condition, police said. Members of his family declined to comment.
The Anaheim SWAT team was summoned to the 5100 block of East Greensboro Lane, where the street was blocked off and neighbors were evacuated, Anaheim Police Sgt. Rick Martinez said. The incident lasted about 90 minutes. Martinez said the motive of the shooting was unknown.
One neighbor who did not want to be named said she could hear a man saying, “Don’t cut my bushes” before the gunshot.
Martinez said the man was in his back yard at about 3:15 p.m. when he was shot. The woman is being held at Orange County Jail on suspicion of attempted murder, Martinez said. The bail amount has not been set.
Neighbors say the woman, who lives in a neighborhood overlooking the city, often had problems with neighbors and occasionally was seen digging holes in her front yard. Link
The main point of this post is not to tell you about what happened but to tell you about a website where you can complain about your neighbor or even look up a neighbor hood before you move there to see if there are any bad neighbors.
The website is Rotten Neighbor -> www.rottenneighbor.com
There is only one comment in Yorba Linda. Is it really that Gracious of Land to live? If you don’t think so then go to Rotten Neighbor and speak your mind.
