Have you been to Versai the Wine Bar in Yorba Linda?
Sondra and I had the pleasure a couple of weeks ago to visit Versai and enjoy some wine. We got to have a few hours with out the kids and Versai is within in walking distance for us which made the visit even more enjoyable.
Sondra and I are not wine connesiuers, but that wasn’t a problem with the helpful staff guiding us through their menu. Versai has whats called a Flight Menu where you pick a type of wine and they bring out four 2oz glasses that you can sample. We ordered a couple of flights and then ordered a glass of Pinot Noir.
The decor of Versai was absolutely amazing. The picture above is a view of the inside of Versai.
Versai The Wine Bar has begun a new tradition of specialty “toasting” where guests sip the effervescent nectar of rare grapes from a different region of the world each month.
September will feature wines from across Spain. Septembers Toast is $45.00 dollar per person and will cover wine and appetizers. I believe they are already sold out but you might be lucky and find a few spots open.
In October it will be Oktoberfest and they will be featuring Beer.
