Electronic waste should NEVER be tossed in the trash can. Electronic components have tons of toxic materials in them and when they are disposed of improperly then can and WILL contaminate the environment
Do you part and drop off your old PCs, Monitors, Hard Drives, TVs, Printers, Faxes, Cell Phones, Copiers, Scanners, Toner Cartridges, Power Supplies, VCR’s, etc. at the E-Waste Recycling Event on Saturday, November 21, 2009 from 9 am to 4 pm at the Educational Service Center (ESC) Parking Lot.
There is a $5.00 service fee for Microwaves. They do not accept refrigerators, washer and dryers, fluorescent light bulbs and household batteries.
