Dog poop on the other hand which contains meat product, does not go away quickly and stinks, it should be picked up by their owners. Its not discrimination, its common sense. I don't think it's right to just leave it there.....that's disgusting. I really don't like it when I have to walk around piles of horse poop. I often feel discriminated against because horse owners are allowed to litter the trails like that. I don't know what the answer is, but the current situation is rather ugly and disgusting.
