In the next couple weeks Ruby’s Diner in Yorba Linda will be offering a new gourmet Kobe Burger.
From the Fast Food Maven, Nancy Luna, at the the OC Register:
Ruby’s Diner is rolling out a line of Kobe burgers over the next few weeks to meet a growing consumer demand for gourmet patties, the chain said.
Restaurants in Yorba Linda and Long Beach will be the first two locations to offer five new Ultimate Kobe Burgers starting Feb. 2. The Irvine-based chain will slowly introduce the new burgers throughout March at other Southern California restaurants. (Ruby’s locations)
The five burgers, which cost $9.99, will be made with “super-premium, super-juicy American Kobe beef,” the company said. The five options include: The All-American, The BBQ-Cheddar, The Portobello-Provolone, The Greek and The Cobb. Each burger is served on a lightly grilled artisan roasted onion bun and paired with fresh gourmet toppings.
Yummy, we will definitely have to try these out.
