Archstone Apartments in Yorba Linda had some significant damages to two of their buildings in the 2008 fires. Archstone invited us out for their Grand Re-Opening on January 22nd. But since that week we were getting pounded with torrential rain it had to postponed until Feb 12th. Myself and Nancy Rikel of Yorba Linda City Council and Mayor Pro-Tem were the only ones to make it.
Archstone is very close to the start of the fire and is bordered by open space. The perfect fuel for the fire. I’ve attached a few before and after pictures and a picture of Nancy and two Archstone Reps of the ribbon cutting.
