The community is invited to attend an Education Forum on Thursday, February 5. The event will feature a brief “State of the School District” address by Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District Superintendent Dennis Smith followed by an opportunity for questions from the audience.
The Education Forum will take place on Thursday, February 5 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Yorba Linda City Council Chambers, 4845 Casa Loma Avenue in Yorba Linda. The event is free and open to public.
Panelists will also include the President of the Board of Education and Assistant Superintendents of the school district’s Educational, Administrative and Personnel Services.
This is one of many events organized by the Education Committee of the Yorba Linda Chamber of Commerce. The Education Committee supports education in our community all year through various projects, including Principal for a Day; Business Boosters at El Camino High School and scholarships for graduating high school seniors.
