Yorba Linda High School is slated to open for students in the 2009 school year. They need your help in determining the new School Colors and Mascot.

In the latest issue of the Yorba Linda Star there is a form that you can fill out and mail in with your ideas and suggestions.

Here is the form. Get it filled and mailed as you only have until August 8th 2008.

Can anyone tell me why this “suggestion” form is not web-based? You can gather the same information via a webform that dumps to a database. It would also save $ at the school/district level since NO ONE has to enter the information into a spreadsheet.

I completely agree Chris. I couldn’t tell you why, but my guess would be that it is because it is a government agency and it would take too long to get it done. The 2012 class might graduate by the time the form is created.

I didn’t create the form instead only scanned from the paper and then posted here.

Sorry if my comment seemed to suggest that you created it :)
