I love Chik-Fil-A. The closest location to Yorba Linda is in Orange off Lincoln and Tustin. But not for long. Chik Fil A will have a Yorba Linda location open to the Public on January 14th.
To celebrate its grand opening in Yorba Linda, Chick-fil-A is planning to give away 10,000 sandwiches next month, as well as 100 vouchers for a year’s supply of the fast food fare. The sandwiches will be handed out at two giveaways in the week before the restaurant’s grand opening.
On Jan. 8, workers will give away 5,000 sandwiches at the new location, 22450 Old Canal Road, starting at 11 a.m. until supplies run out.
The next day, staff will give another 5,000 sandwiches out in front of Best Buy and Staples in the Savi Ranch Center, said David Salinas, operator of the new location.
People are expected to start lining up at 6 in the morning on Jan. 13 for another giveaway. The first 100 people to camp out in the parking lot for 24 hours will receive a voucher for a year of food – one meal a week for 52 weeks. Via OC Register
