The unique issue at play is the 30 years of public usage by Yorba Linda residents. The California courts have favored the trail users over the private property owners in other similar cases. It is the many trails that weave in and out of homes in YL that add charm and ahem,.....PROPERTY VALUE. I understand they got it recorded. I understand it is thier to block off. But still......it just seems so counter productive. In the end they are actually hurting themselves.................Come on YL lets be nice! Great to see this covered on your site as well..........
